What we're looking for

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in healthy fast food or food service, and in team management.

- At least 1 year of experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor.

- Leadership and decision-making skills.

- Flexible schedule and availability to work on weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant.

- Ensure the proper functioning of the establishment.

- Manage and motivate the kitchen and counter team, fostering a positive and productive environment.

- Supervise and ensure compliance with the brand's quality, hygiene, and service standards.

- Conduct inventories, place orders with suppliers, and control waste.

- Manage and organize staff shifts and schedules.

- Resolve incidents with customers and report basic issues to headquarters.

- Ensure the proper preparation and presentation of products (pokes, burritos, etc.), offering a fast, healthy, and high-quality experience.
