Maître / Head of Dining Room

-Direct and stable hiring by the restaurant company (permanent position).

-Salary: €2,500 gross/month.

-Working days: Monday to Sunday with 2 rotating days off per week.

-Schedule: Shift focused mainly on the closing of service (approximately from 16:00 to 00:00 h).

-Previous experience: At least 2 years of experience performing functions as a Supervisor, Maître, or Front-of-House Manager in catering.

-Operational skills: Mastery of customer service, order management, cash balancing, and inventory control.

-Key competencies: Organizational capacity, team leadership, and efficient management of peak workloads.

-Availability: Availability for immediate start and schedule flexibility within the operational roster.

-Staff management and leadership: Organization of the waiter team, assignment of front-of-house tasks, and resolution of daily incidents.

-Planning: Management and preparation of staff schedules.

-Opening and closing of the premises: Control of opening/closing operations and cash drawer balancing/counting.

-Front-of-house and bar service: Customer service, taking orders, preparing drinks, and supervision of table settings.

-Operational management: Reservation control, front-of-house inventories, and management of orders and supplier relations.
