Internship at ENDESA, SWING Program:

Monthly study grant of €900.00 gross.

Schedule: Hybrid - Full time.

Work location: Ribeira Del Loira 60 - Madrid

Endesa scholarships have a duration of 9 months. They consist of two parts: Practical Training within the Company and Academic Training.

The internship at the company will involve a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, a rest period of 17 working days per year, and a monthly study grant of €900 gross. In parallel, academic training will be provided: a Master's Degree in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), delivered online, with the main objective of learning and improving the competency profile.

Demand and Pricing (DyP) is a multidisciplinary area belonging to the Market business line that acts as a bridge and link between the electricity and gas commercialization activity and the energy management necessary for supply to our customer portfolio. With a focus on Demand and Pricing needs in Spain, Portugal, and France, and ensuring alignment with Digital Solutions, the purpose of the DyP_Services Unit is to improve the productivity of DyP analysts through the optimization and automation of processes; the identification, definition, and implementation of business tools; data governance, quality, and intelligence, reporting, and the development of advanced analytics models; all of this providing synergies, efficiencies, and flexibility to achieve the objectives of the DyP Tribe. We implement the B2C and B2B product structures necessary to ensure the formulation, negotiation, and operation of offers and the reengineering of business processes to enable DyP to use the ecosystem of Endesa's digital platforms. DyPS is the Focal Point of Demand and Pricing with DSI and Advanced Analytics of Market

• Support and monitoring in the management of Corporate Tools, both new and existing, for the rest of the Demand and Pricing areas;
• Analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of departmental tools for all areas of Demand and Pricing;
• Analysis, construction, development, improvement, and automation of processes for the areas of Demand and Pricing;
• Participation in cross-functional Company projects representing all areas of Demand and Pricing;
• Assess the impact of business evolutions on the area's processes and tools.

• Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift);
• Programming (.Net, web environments, Python);
• Knowledge of system security and software architecture;
• Power Apps;
• Knowledge of microservices and API architecture (SOAP, REST) Experience in agile methodologies (SCRUM) as Product Owner and/or SCRUM MASTER;
• Knowledge of DevOps (Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automatic Deployments, Unit Tests, etc.) and TDD methodology;
• Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket);
