• Student or recent graduate with a Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• English level B2 (upper-intermediate).

Currently, for our Madrid headquarters, we are looking for a Finance Intern.

Provide support to the Financial Operations team in managing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, collaborating in the review, recording, and tracking of supplier invoices, guaranteeing the quality of information and contributing to the correct functioning of administrative and financial processes.

• Review supplier invoices to verify that they meet the necessary documentary and tax requirements.
• Record invoices in corporate systems following established procedures.
• Perform tracking and control of pending invoices or those with incidents.
• Provide support in communication with suppliers to resolve inquiries related to invoicing.
• Collaborate in the validation of information and documentation necessary for the payment process.
• Support filing tasks and document organization.
• Prepare and update tracking reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with the team on initiatives for the improvement and optimization of administrative processes.

• Schedule: full-time (M to Th: full-time. F: intensive) // Intensive summer schedule from M to F during the months of July and August.
