What we're looking for

Are you one of those people who see 15 messes at once and think: "don't worry, I've got this"? 😏

At Ucademy, we are looking for someone organized, decisive, and with a hawk eye for detail 🦅.

You will be part of the Finance team, managing incidents, payments, non-payments, and inquiries from our students. And yes, there will be moments of chaos. But that is exactly where we want to see you shine. 🔥

What if we can do this better? 🚀

📌 Is organized and capable of handling many small incidents without getting lost along the way.

🗣️ ️Has tact and good communication to speak with students, especially when payments, fees, or non-payments are involved.

🔎 Is a detail-oriented person, because here one misplaced datum can turn into quite a mess.

⚡ Is decisive and proactive. We don't want you to just execute. We want you to detect problems, raise your hand, and propose solutions.

About the company & team

WHO ARE WE?

The story of Ucademy is not your typical pretty storybook tale; it is a story of real resilience, and we want to tell it to you:

  • 2022: Ramiro and Pablo (Palo) return from Bali with the dream of doing something big. First year of life, zero external investment and €1.3M in revenue.

  • 2023: While attempting to scale quickly, the hard blow arrives. We made all the mistakes that books tell you not to make.

  • 2024: A year of pure survival. With hardly any resources, the team pushed through and achieved a 3x vs 2022. Giving up was never an option.

  • 2025: From May onwards, the company looks toward the medium term again and starts a real scaling of 200% YoY.

  • 2026: Fifth year. With wounds healed, the house in order, and demonstrating what the pack is capable of when going all in.

Today Ucademy is a team of more than 160 people helping thousands of students prepare for competitive exams (Polaris), University Entrance Exams (Atlas), and Vocational Training (Explora FP), combining pedagogy, technology, and AI.

+160 people in the UTeam | +15,000 active students | eNPS 90 - Recognized as the best startup to work for in 2024.
