As a Management Trainee, you have the ability to make your own decisions that will affect both your career and your team. You will gain responsibility as you grow in the company in order to develop and maintain our business relationships. You will carry out cost control, interpreting your office's profit and loss statement, which will allow you to create a strategy to improve your office's financial results.

We will teach you to communicate, influence and interact effectively with all types of customers, suppliers and colleagues. You will learn sales techniques, problem solving and how to resolve potential conflicts within teams. You will understand the importance of providing exceptional service, which will have a direct impact on your office's results. In your development to become a successful manager at Enterprise, you will learn how to lead, manage and train your team.

Some of the duties are:

• Work to achieve the established goals and KPIs, both individual and office-level.
• Learn how the mobility services market works.
• Manage rental contracts and reservations.
• Get involved in managing the office's sales.
• Check the condition of vehicles both upon delivery and upon return.
• Develop business relationships with dealerships, repair shops and other local businesses.
• Learn how to manage the office's profit and loss statement.

• Preferably experience in customer service and a commercial mindset.
• Completed university degree/higher-level vocational training.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or rotating shifts.
• B2 English level is essential.
• Driver's license held for at least one year.
• EU residence permit.
• Geographic mobility - the company will provide a full relocation package tied to your future promotion.
