Vehicle Operations Management Internship

The Vehicle Operations Management department at Enterprise Mobility is looking for a student to complete an internship within the team. This will be a great opportunity for someone looking to enter the professional world.

The Vehicle Operations Department helps achieve the company's strategic objectives by ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs and routine maintenance without sacrificing safety or quality. Through this internship, and under the coordination of the Vehicle Operations Manager, you will learn, among other things, to support the various tasks assigned to the Department, offering your expertise in advanced support for fleet repair solutions.

These positions will be located in our headquarters in Madrid.

Some of the functions, among others, will be:

• • Collaborate to  establish relationships with internal and external partners
  • Analyze the interventions required for a vehicle that is in the workshop
  • Updating information in our systems regarding the repair process
  • Contact with Aftersales and Customer Service teams of the different vehicle brands
  • Contact with different spare parts purchasing companies
  • Monitoring, recording, and controlling vehicles broken down on the road
  • Working jointly with Roadside Assistance, as well as with the Damage Recovery Unit (DRU), Risk, and Remarketing departments
  • Supervising and enforcing established procedures and best practices
