Infrastructure Coordination Technician

What do we need from you?

• Required studies: University Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture/Building, Engineering (Civil/Industrial) or related fields.
• Availability to travel within the assigned territory and for on-call service when applicable (due to works, maintenance activities, vandalism, etc.)
• Coordination of multi-vendor works/interventions.
• Coordination of works (Project Management, contractor, Health & Safety Coordinator), permits and licenses, site layouts, and critical path monitoring.
• In contracting, tendering, entries/requests, incidents, etc.
• BIM (coordinator user level): reading models, understanding BEP, etc.
• Microsoft 365 (Teams/Excel/SharePoint), BIM 360, Remedy/Smart IT, etc.

What functions would you perform?

Coordinate, plan, and supervise works, maintenance, and singular actions within the GCC real estate network, acting as the Entity's representative on-site and ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and budget, in coordination with Project Management, Contractors, Health and Safety Coordinator, and the internal offices of the Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar.
