• University degree or higher-level vocational training.
• Business Intelligence and Analytics: Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages, script development and database exploitation, data modeling and the creation of dashboards, statistical analysis, and management indicators. Knowledge of Power BI and Qlik Sense will be especially valued.
• Automation and Development: knowledge of process and workflow automation, using tools such as Power Automate, Power App, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.
• Data Management: knowledge of data governance and quality, information transformation and preparation, and the exploitation and automation of data sources.

Required experience

• Minimum 1 year in positions related to:

BCC HR and Contact Center is looking to incorporate into its Automation and Digital Support office a person to drive the digital transformation of processes through the identification of improvement opportunities, the design and implementation of automations, the development of advanced analytical solutions, and the application of artificial intelligence technologies, acting as an interlocutor between the different functional areas to ensure that the implemented solutions generate value, efficiency, and continuous process improvement.

• Analyze the unit's operational processes and detect opportunities for automation, digitalization, and simplification.
• Participate in automation and process improvement projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and quality.
• Implement and maintain dashboards and indicators for decision-making by the People Directorate and the various areas of the Group.
• Design, develop, and maintain automations using corporate tools.
• Management and maintenance of the People Portal, as well as Human Resources internal use applications, including content updates, the publication of announcements and news, and the execution of mass communications.
• Collaborate and participate in the administrative and support activities specific to the unit, contributing to the correct functioning of the area's processes and services.
• Participate in continuous improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.
