The role

At Grupo Entrepinares, a company in the agri-food sector for 42 years, we want to add a Planning Technician to our team. We are located at one of our plants in Valladolid.

What you'll do

Some of the functions you will perform are:

Prepare and keep the production plan updated in accordance with the guidelines of the Planning Coordinator.
Perform daily monitoring of plan compliance and analyze deviations between planning and actual production.
Detect and communicate replanning needs in the event of incidents, changes in demand, or capacity constraints.
Verify the availability of raw materials, materials, product, and other necessary constraints to execute the plan.
Coordinate operationally with Production, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, Warehousing, and Shipping.
Monitor stocks, needs, and coverage that may affect planning.
Manage and analyze planning information using SAP, Excel, and other management tools.
Keep planning indicators updated and analyze the main causes of non-compliance or modification of the plan.
Participate in continuous improvement, digitalization, and optimization projects for planning processes.
