Requirements

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience of 5 to 8 years in the improvement of planning systems for a factory/production plant, preferably in the food sector or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and demand forecasting tools (such as APO, Kinaxis, or advanced Excel tools).
Languages: Fluent English, as the role will report to and coordinate with international structures within the multinational.
Key competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making.
Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or similar.

The role

We are looking for an expert in the improvement and efficiency of the Planning system for a food factory, and therefore with experience in industry (manufacturing). Reports to the Supply Chain Director.

Food Sector or FMCG Production Plant

What you'll do

Guarantee the improvement and efficiency of the production plant's planning system for the dry and wet product lines.
Capable of managing the various imbalances in the supply chain and coordinating sales forecasting with manufacturing capacity to maximize its efficiency.
Will act as a strategic link between the Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure the highest level of customer service while minimizing warehousing costs.
Develop short, medium, and long-term demand forecasts using statistical models.
Lead the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, holding monthly meetings with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments.
