Requirements
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or control in industrial environments. Capacity management and sequencing of production orders.
- Management via ERP: use of production planning and management tools to ensure traceability and compliance with the production program.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP PP or similar tools.
- B2 English level or higher, with the ability to operate in a multinational environment.
- Analytical capacity, organization, results orientation, and agility to manage changes and incidents.

The role
From the Imán Guadalajara office, we are looking for a Production Planning Technician for a leading air filtration company located in Guadalajara. Highlighting the importance of this addition in the optimization of production processes, capacity management, and the coordination of factory resources.
What you'll do
- Production planning and scheduling: preparation of the master plan, release of manufacturing orders, and production sequencing across the various lines.
- Production capacity management: capacity analysis, workload balancing, and shift planning based on demand.
- Procurement coordination: collaboration with the Purchasing and Warehouse departments to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Stock and inventory control: monitoring of stock, prevention of stockouts, and optimization of inventory levels.
- Monitoring of production activity: incident resolution, replanning in the face of unforeseen events, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
