The role

Eulen Flexiplán, an Eulen Group staffing agency, is looking to hire a Planning and Supply Technician for an important company in the dairy sector located in Torija (Guadalajara).

What you'll do

Control of product shrinkage along with warehouse management, taking into account shelf life and product turnover.
Maintaining minimum stock levels in the warehouse to properly serve customers according to agreed service levels.
Reviewing sales forecasts, taking historical data into account to place purchase orders for products.
Placing orders with suppliers, coordinating demand for products ordered by customers and sales representatives, and monitoring stock and sales of said products.
Activating and communicating new products. In the event of product discontinuations/additions/changes, notifying teams of the exact timing of the change based on stored stock or pending incoming stock.
Planning incoming merchandise from suppliers into the warehouse according to its capacity and schedules, distributing truck arrivals evenly throughout the week, and notifying unloading supervisors in advance of the daily number of trucks.
