Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree in Engineering, MECES Level 2 or EQF level 6 or MECES Level 3/ EQF level 7
- 2 years of experience working on projects with BIM methodology or one (1) year of experience and a verifiable specific master's degree
Nice to have
- Proficiency in BIM tools
- Knowledge of CDE environments (ACC, Trimble Connect, or any similar platform)
- BIM Modeling (Revit, Civil 3D, etc.)
- BIM Management (Navisworks Manage, Synchro...)
- Teamwork.
- Good level of English

The role
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our team for a project located in Granada.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the implementation and compliance of the BIM methodology within the contract.
- Develop BIM models
- Supervise and review the BIM models developed by contractors and designers.
- Guarantee consistency between the BIM models and the technical documentation of the project.
- Maintain data traceability and ensure the integrity of the BIM information.
- Support the Site Management and the supervision team in the technical review and quality control of the model.
- Manage the CDE collaborative platform
- Prepare BIM monitoring reports and propose improvements in the digital management of the project.
- Coordinate with the civil engineering, MEP, and architecture areas for the multidisciplinary integration of the model.
