Manage the Magic: Ensure flawless logistics in our exclusive Tasting Rooms, taking the utmost care with timing, the presentation of pairings, and the highest standards of premium hospitality.
What You Need:
Charisma & Storytelling: Be a confident communicator with infectious energy. You must know how to convey the story behind each product (such as our 5-generation tradition) and adapt your tone to international groups.
Experience: 2-3 years in tourism, hospitality, as a tour guide
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory. (Fluency in German is a strong bonus).
Passion: A genuine, demonstrable interest in Balearic wine, spirits, coffee culture, and local gastronomy.
What We Offer:
Training & Materials: You won't be on your own. We provide comprehensive training and all the necessary materials for each experience
Development: Continuous professional growth. You will become a 360º expert in Mallorcan wines, local spirits, barista skills, and premium hospitality.

About Espais Roca
Espais Roca is a boutique hospitality group operating small luxury properties across several European cities. Its portfolio includes Casa Roca in Palma de Mallorca — a boutique property converted from a papelería that operated for nearly 200 years — Canto De Luz, a former merchant townhouse in Old Porto, the 14 Acres estate in the UK, and an art deco townhouse in Sliema, Malta. The group hires for hands-on hospitality roles such as cooks, kitchen assistants, all-rounder servers, housekeeping staff, and culinary and tasting experience hosts.
In Spain, Espais Roca operates from Palma, Mallorca, where Casa Roca and the Capitulo Wine Bar & Cafe are located and where most of its current openings are based. The careers page describes a dynamic international team spread across Spain, Portugal, the UK and Malta, with country-specific benefits including meal cards, transport benefits and gym memberships, and highlights the opportunity for staff to travel and work at other properties within the group — a potentially appealing setup for international professionals seeking hospitality roles in Spain with exposure to a multi-country operation.
