What we're looking for

We are looking for a decisive person who has at least 5 years of experience in the execution of large-scale works; previous experience in the execution of residential buildings will be valued, and their duties will include, among others:

3 years of experience performing a position similar to the one offered.

Nice to have

Previous experience in the execution of the residential building sector will be valued.

The role

Avintia Proyectos y Construcciones needs to hire a Site Foreman for the execution of a residential building project in Ibiza.

What you'll do

Planning and organization of construction work.
Control and monitoring of the proper execution of the works.
Control and organization of work groups and assignment of tasks.
Control of compliance with occupational risk prevention measures.
Incident resolution.
Ensuring, together with the Site Manager, the proper fulfillment of the proposed objectives.
Interpretation of drawings.
Among other duties inherent to the position.
