- Attend to and advise customers regarding maintenance, repair, and assistance services for industrial vehicles.
- Receive vehicles, identify customer needs, and collect the necessary information to prepare the work order.
- Explain planned interventions, quotes, repair timelines, and service conditions in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the workshop team regarding the planning and monitoring of jobs, ensuring correct communication between the involved areas.
- Monitor work orders, informing the customer about the repair status and any incidents or modifications.
- Manage the opening, updating, and closing of repair orders, quotes, and associated administrative documentation.
- Coordinate the availability of necessary spare parts and materials with the workshop and warehouse area to optimize service times.
- Process warranties, claims, and assistance requests, performing the corresponding follow-up with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
- Detect opportunities for improvement and additional services, always from a professional and value-driven orientation for the customer.
- Record and analyze incidents, satisfaction levels, and response times, collaborating in the continuous improvement of the service.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and applicable safety measures.
