Selective training with a real option for hiring once it has been completed. This training will qualify you in service management.

Blended training dates (online and in-person): From Wednesday 18/11/2026 to Monday 30/11/2026 inclusive (9 working days)
Training schedule: From 08:00 h. to 15:00 h.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

1-year employment promotion contract (extendable)
Start date in on-site modality: Tuesday 01/12/2026
Working days: Monday to Friday and rotating weekends (minimum 2 full weekends off/month)
Split shift within the time slot between 09:00 h. and 20:00 h. (the working day will be carried out within this time slot with 1 hour for lunch)
Working day: 39 hours/week
Salary 39 hours: 1,428.30 € gross/month in 12 payments (salary according to collective agreement)

Receiving calls and back-office tasks offering information about shipments, incidents, and procedures, guaranteeing kind, efficient, and problem-solving oriented service.
