About the role

An important company in the food sector located in Llíria is looking for an Industrial Cleaning Coordinator to join the company directly on a permanent contract. The selected candidate will be required to perform the following duties:

  • Organize the work to be carried out during the shift, coordinating the team.
  • Attend meetings during shift changes.
  • Supervise the cleaning tasks performed by the Operators.
  • Ensure that staff have the required training to carry out certain tasks.
  • Resolve incidents on the plant floor.
  • Monitor the correct use of chemicals and machinery during the shift.
  • Provide training and support to the cleaning Operators during their training.
  • Supervise the execution of cleaning both at production start-up and at the end, as well as the execution of special cleanings (line dismantling, blast chiller cleaning, etc.).
  • Report on the progress of tasks and attendance of Operators during the shift to the Quality Department.
  • Provide support in cleaning areas when necessary.
