The role

We are looking for a shop assistant to work in a retail company located in Palafrugell. The tasks to be performed are as follows:

What you'll do

Personalized customer service and advice regarding the sale of household appliances, electronic devices, and accessories.
Identification of customer needs and recommendation of the most suitable products.

- Management of orders, reservations, and incidents related to products.

Processing of payments, invoicing, and cash closing.
Receipt and inspection of goods.
Replenishment, labeling, and organization of products in the sales area.

- Coordination with suppliers and the technical service for deliveries, installations, or repairs.

- Maintenance of order and the good image of the establishment.

Requirements

Experience in customer service is valued.
We are looking for a proactive and responsible person.
