The role

A company in the consumer goods sector is looking for a Payroll & HR Controller to work in Barcelona and perform the following tasks:

What you'll do

- Preparation, calculation, and reconciliation of the full payroll cycle (multi-company and multi-collective agreement) in manufacturing and office environments.

- Administrative personnel management: registrations, terminations, contractual modifications, annexes, and associated documentation.

- Administration of labor processes (SILTRA, Sistema RED, SEPE, CASIA).
