The role

A company in the electrical installations sector is looking for a Site Supervisor to work in Huesca and perform the following tasks:

Coordinate and supervise work teams of between 15 and 20 people.
Organize the human and material resources necessary for the execution of the works.
Supervise the correct execution of electrical, mechanical, lighting, and HVAC installations.
Plan and control the progress of the works in accordance with the established deadlines.
Manage site incidents and propose technical solutions.
Coordinate internal staff and collaborating companies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.
Monitor the performance and productivity of the teams.
Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Requirements

Offer exclusively aimed at people with a disability certificate of 33% or higher.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Supervision or Site Foreman positions.
Demonstrable experience in projects with electrical substations.
We are looking for a person with leadership, organization, and planning skills.
60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training.
Residence near the workplace is valued.
