Production Operator

Eurofirms we need to hire a Production Operator to work in a food sector company located in Pla de Santamaría. The tasks to be carried out are the following:

- Starting up and shutting down the line following established procedures.

- Supervising the correct operation of the line during production.

- Feeding the line with containers of nuts using a forklift.

- Monitoring the raw material level and preparing containers in advance to avoid stoppages.

- Checking and changing the containers for the finished product.

- Ensuring the correct classification and identification of the different product containers.

- Detecting incidents during production and reporting them to the supervisor.

- Properly completing production, traceability, and food safety records established within our FSSC 22000 system.

- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace.

- Strictly complying with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention procedures.

- Among other tasks specific to the position.

- Completed secondary education (ESO).

- Valid driver's license.

- Forklift and/or food handler certificate will be valued.

• - Correct spoken and written Spanish.

• - Minimum of one year of experience in food industry environments.

• - Living close to the workplace and having a vehicle to get there will be valued.

Eurofirms necessitem incorporar un/a Operari/a de Producció per a treballar en empresa del sector alimentari situada en el Pla de Santamaría. Les tasques que haurà de realitzar són les següents:

- Posada en marxa i parada de la línia seguint els procediments establerts.

- Supervisió del correcte funcionament de la línia durant la producció.

- Alimentació de la línia amb contenidors de nous amb closca mitjançant carretó elevador.

- Control del nivell de matèria primera i preparació amb antelació dels contenidors necessaris per a evitar parades.

- Control i canvi dels contenidors de sortida del producte.

- Control de la correcta classificació i identificació dels diferents contenidors de producte.

- Detecció d'incidències durant la producció i comunicació al responsable.

- Emplenament correcte dels registres de producció, traçabilitat i seguretat alimentària establerts dins del nostre sistema FSSC 22000.

- Manteniment de l'ordre i la neteja del lloc de treball.

- Compliment estricte dels procediments d'higiene, seguretat alimentària i prevenció de riscos laborals.

- Entre altres tasques pròpies del lloc de treball.

-ESO finalitzada.

-Permís de conduir vigent.

-Valorable carnet de Carretoner/a i/o Manipulador/a d'Aliments.

• Castellà parlat i escrit correctament.

• Experiència mínima d'un any en entorns industrials alimentaris.
• Busquem a una persona polivalent que vulgui formar part de l'equip actual.
• Valorable residència pròxima al lloc de treball i vehicle per a arribar al centre.
