Continuous Line Production Operator

• Vocational training (Grado Medio or Superior) in industrial, mechanical, electrical, chemical, or similar branches.
• Previous experience in continuous production or in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Availability to work rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night.
• Ability to work following quality and safety procedures.
• Responsible, committed person with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic production environments.

• Operate and supervise production machinery in a continuous line.
• Control production process parameters to guarantee product quality.
• Perform quality checks and controls during manufacturing.
• Supply the line with raw materials and auxiliary materials.

• Comply with established safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.

• Residence in the Vallmoll area or the possibility of commuting to the workplace.
• Continuous rotating shift (morning, afternoon, and night) with stable annual planning.
• Long rest periods within the work cycle, including blocks of up to 10 consecutive days.
