Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a production operator, preferably in industrial or food environments.
Availability to work in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, from Monday to Friday, as well as in a 4th shift when necessary.
Residence near the workplace or availability of a personal vehicle to guarantee attendance at the different shifts.

Dynamic, responsible person with the ability to work in a team.

Education & certifications

Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in industrial specialties, Electricity, automation, industry, electronics, or similar.

Languages

Correct spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan.

The role

For a leading company in the food sector located in El Prat de Llobregat, we are looking for packaging operators to join a production line. Selected candidates will be responsible for performing the following functions:

What you'll do

- Control and supervision of machinery to guarantee the correct development of production. Performing mold changes and format adjustments according to manufacturing needs.

- Supply and replenishment of materials on the production lines.

- Monitoring and control of production indicators.

- Management of manufacturing orders.

- Preparation, packaging, and conditioning of products (beer, water, and soft drinks).

- Resolution of basic incidents and support in the tasks specific to the position.

- Among other functions inherent to the job position.
