Intermediate Occupational Risk Prevention Technician

• Qualifying training for the performance of Intermediate Level preventive functions.
• Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention or equivalent qualification.

Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

At Iberian Precast / Consolis Tecnyconta, we continue to strengthen our Prevention team and are looking to hire an Intermediate Occupational Risk Prevention Technician at our plant in Fresnillo de las Dueñas, near Aranda de Duero (Burgos).

We are looking for a profile with approximately 1-2 years of experience, with a desire to continue developing and to work in a prevention role closely linked to Production.

This is a position that combines presence in the factory, technical work, preventive management, and direct contact with workers and management.

- Carry out preventive inspections and identify risks, dangerous conditions, and deviations.

- Collaborate in risk assessments of positions, equipment, facilities, and processes.

- Participate in the planning of preventive activities and follow up on agreed actions.

- Support the implementation of procedures associated with high-risk work.

- Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, and potentially dangerous situations.

- Collaborate in the identification of causes and the definition of corrective actions.

- Manage preventive records and safety indicators.

- Participate in accident rate analysis and the preparation of reports.

- Deliver or coordinate inductions, training, and preventive information.

- Manage and control Business Activity Coordination documentation.

- Perform preventive monitoring of contractor companies, subcontractors, and temporary employment agencies.

- Support the management and control of personal protective equipment.

- Participate in the preparation and execution of drills and emergency measures.

- Accompany the Prevention Service in measurements, specific evaluations, and technical studies.

- Prepare preventive documentation for audits, inspections, and actions by competent authorities.

- Propose technical, organizational, and training improvements aimed at reducing risks.

• Recommended experience of 1-2 years in OSH functions, preferably in industry.
• Knowledge of preventive regulations.
• Knowledge of safety in machinery and work equipment.
• Knowledge of Coordination of Business Activities.
• Experience or knowledge in accident and incident investigation.
• Regular use of office tools and document management applications.
• We will especially value experience or knowledge in industry, concrete precast, construction or metal; overhead cranes and suspended loads; lockout/tagout (LOTO); work at height; confined spaces; first aid; emergencies and ISO 45001.
