What you'll do

Provide administrative support to the Logistics and Warehouse teams, ensuring efficient management of documentation, operational records, and process monitoring, contributing to maintaining the service level and information quality.

The person will work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Service, supporting day-to-day administrative and transactional activities.

🛠️ This is what you will do every day.

Logistics Area

· Management and sending of export documentation.

· Filing and documentary control of national and international shipments.

· Entry and validation of transport costs in SAP.

· Administrative management and monitoring of transport invoices.

· Updating and maintenance of logistics data in ERP.

· Support in the preparation and maintenance of operational reports.

· Administrative support in the monitoring of shipments and incidents.

Warehouse Area

· Documentary management of warehouse entries and exits.

· Support in inventory balancing and stock reconciliations.

· Updating and monitoring of operational indicators.

Cross-functional support

· Collaborate with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to guarantee the correct flow of information.

· Support activities related to the stabilization of S/4HANA.

· Provide general support to operational and administrative tasks of the department
