Maintenance Operator

Vocational Training (Intermediate Level) or equivalent in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, or Mechanics.

Minimum of 1 year of experience recommended in industrial maintenance or similar technical support tasks in production.

Basic knowledge of electricity and industrial mechanics. Previous experience in production environments will be valued.

Availability to rotate between mornings and afternoons.

Ability to resolve issues quickly, a service-oriented mindset, teamwork, attention to detail, proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to work with changing priorities on the plant floor.

Use of manual maintenance tools, basic electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, multimeter, and basic diagnostic tools.

Languages: Required - Spanish (advanced/native); Desirable - English (basic/intermediate).

Valuable: Additional training in industrial maintenance, basic electricity, industrial mechanics, or occupational risk prevention.

Provide support to the Production area through rapid maintenance interventions, basic preventive maintenance tasks, and minor mechanical and electrical repairs, helping to reduce downtime and ensure operational continuity at the plant.

🛠️ This is what you will do every day.

• Handle first-level maintenance issues on production equipment and facilities.

• Perform rapid mechanical and basic electrical repairs to minimize downtime.

• Carry out simple preventive maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Support the Production team during periods of high activity, prioritizing a fast and safe response.

• Identify basic faults and escalate complex issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or specialized technicians.

• Maintain order and cleanliness in intervention areas and follow internal procedures.

• Comply with applicable Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental regulations at the plant.
