What you'll get
We pay above market rates and will beat any external offer to retain the best talent.
The role
At Evolve, we believe in the power of education to change lives. We offer high-quality technology programs, designed to prepare our students for the challenges of the future. Our team is composed of passionate professionals dedicated to educational excellence. Join us and be part of a community that values innovation and professional growth.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for ensuring Evolve's accounting runs smoothly. You won't just manage incoming invoices—you will build the system so that the numbers are up to date, well-structured, and useful on the first day of every month.
You will work with real operations: B2C and B2B billing, multiple bank lines, and costs shared between business units. At all times, the focus remains the same: up-to-date accounting, clear analytical criteria, and a monthly close that you feel responsible for.
You will collaborate directly with the external accounting firm and the internal team to ensure information flows without friction. The goal is for Evolve to have real financial visibility at all times.
How you'll work
We adapt to the needs of the team, guaranteeing efficiency without sacrificing quality of life.
Main responsibilities
Accounting and closing
• Keeping the complete monthly accounting up to date in Holded without backlogs: issued and received invoices, suppliers, and customers.
• Monthly bank reconciliation of all accounts and financing lines.
• Monthly closing with P&L by business line (B2C and B2B) that allows for seeing real margins.
• Analytical accounting that functions as a decision-making tool, not just a tax obligation.
In this role, you will report directly to the CFO, with close interaction and complete visibility of the business. Additionally, you will be part of a small finance team where your judgment carries weight from day one, providing real room for growth as the company scales.
Coordination and compliance
• Coordination with the external accounting firm to ensure tax matters and filings are submitted on time.
• Coordination with the internal team to ensure business data and financial data are always aligned.
• Detecting anomalies in spending and proposing corrections using your own judgment.
• Support in annual closings and audit processes.
What are we looking for?
• 4-7 years of experience managing the complete accounting of a company (not just occasional invoice entry)
• Knowledge of Spanish PGC and basic taxation (VAT, IRPF, IS)
• Advanced level of Excel / Google Sheets
• Valuable: experience with Holded, Qonto, or automated bank synchronization (PSD2)
Permanent contract
We are committed to our team in the long term, betting on stability and growth.
Growth plans
We encourage professional evolution, the assumption of responsibilities, and team leadership.
Positive environment
A dynamic, ambitious, and demanding environment, where talent is driven and growth is real.
