Pay & benefits
What you'll get
We pay above market and improve upon any external offer to retain the best talent.
The role
At Evolve, we believe in the power of education to change lives. We offer high-quality technology programs, designed to prepare our students for the challenges of the future. Our team is composed of passionate professionals dedicated to educational excellence. Join us and become part of a community that values innovation and professional growth.
What you'll do
We are adding an Account Executive to the Enterprise area, our technology training line for companies: training programs aimed at the internal teams of each company, which start from a prior diagnosis and culminate in a real, functioning project.
The position takes on the opening and development of corporate accounts in their entirety, within long decision processes and high-value operations. Proposals are prepared together with our Product area, based on a diagnosis of the client's needs and with impact indicators agreed upon from the start.
This is an eminently commercial position, with a decisive weight on direct prospecting and presence before the client. The construction of the pipeline corresponds entirely to this position.
Direct report to Chief Revenue Officer.
How you'll work
We adapt to the needs of the team, guaranteeing efficiency without sacrificing quality of life.
Main responsibilities
Business development
• Definition and prioritization of the target account portfolio based on its potential: size, sector, technological maturity, and fit with our proposal.
• Execution of a constant and multi-channel prospecting cadence (telephone, LinkedIn, email, events, among others), with several touchpoints per account, messages adapted to each interlocutor, and sustained follow-up over time.
• Arranging meetings with decision-making interlocutors: general management, technology management, and talent and training managers, among others.
Sales and negotiation
• Management of the complete sales cycle in large accounts, from the first contact to the signing of the agreement.
• Discovery prior to any proposal: identification of the client's real need and anticipation of common objections.
• Preparation of each proposal together with the Product area: diagnosis of the need, customized itinerary, and impact indicators agreed upon with the client.
• Fulfillment of the B2B revenue objectives defined with the Chief Revenue Officer.
Account management and growth
• Ownership of the relationship with each account and mapping of its decision structure: user, decision-maker, signer, and prescriber, in addition to purchasing processes and legal counsel.
• Conversion of each project into recurring revenue through continuous follow-up, renewals, and expansions.
• Identification of new needs within each client—new teams and new areas—and their conversion into opportunities.
• CRM maintenance: pipeline, forecast, and activity permanently updated.
• Transferring market information collected from accounts to the Product area: objections, needs, and detected opportunities.
Requirements
• Between 3 and 6 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, with long decision cycles and high-value operations.
• Experience in technology or software sales will be especially valued. A background from the human resources sector, in either product or services, is considered equally suitable.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting objectives, with verifiable figures regarding product, interlocutor, volume, and commercial methodology.
• Direct prospecting capability: the opening of new accounts constitutes a substantial part of the position.
• Consultative selling at a decision-making level, with the ability to sustain a business and technology conversation with the interlocutor who approves the investment.
• B2-C1 English and native or fluent Spanish.
• Experience in selling training, coaching, or technological transformation projects to large accounts will be valued.
Permanent contract
We are committed to our team in the long term, betting on stability and growth.
Growth plans
We encourage professional evolution, the assumption of responsibilities, and team leadership.
Positive environment
A dynamic, ambitious, and demanding environment, where talent is driven and growth is real.
