Convert qualified candidates into enrollments with a real fit, clearly explaining the program, commitment, price, and approved payment options. Accompany an informed decision and leave the file complete for the handover to Student Success and Product.

Lead the admissions meeting: validate the candidate's fit, explain the program to them, and accompany them through the decision and financing. Close the enrollment and leave the complete file in HubSpot. Performance is measured by enrollments per month, conversion from the meeting, and the quality of the incoming student, because employability stems from that pool.

PRIORITIES
1. Prepare and conduct admissions interviews, checking requirements and expectations.
2. Maintain every opportunity with a next step and date in the CRM.
3. Formalize enrollment with the correct documentation and conditions; escalate exceptions and financing doubts to the Head of Admissions.
4. Measure conversion and process quality, including withdrawals and reasons, avoiding promises of employment or guaranteed financing.
