🚀 We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team!
🛠️ Responsibilities
Support and configuration in Manage Engine.
Management in Azure (AZ-104 certification desirable).
Administration of Active Directory.
Implementation and maintenance of Windows Deployment Services (WDS).
Management of mobile devices via MDM.
Maintenance of hardware/software inventory.
Updating records and status of IT assets.
Incident handling with Microsoft Office 365.
Handling of security tools such as Sentinel One.
Diagnosis and repair of equipment (microcomputing).
Support to end users both on-site and remotely.
Creation of technical manuals and user guides.
Reporting and tracking of tickets and incidents.
🧠 Technical requirements
Intermediate knowledge of Manage Engine and Azure.
Experience with Active Directory.
Desirable handling of Windows Deployment Services.
Familiarity with MDM tools and Sentinel One.
Experience in configuring Office 365.
Mastery of microcomputing.
