What we're looking for

We need a profile with a global vision of processes, experience in environments with integrated systems (such as SAP ERP or Teamcenter) and Microsoft technologies (.NET Core), APIs, and web applications such as Angular).

You have experience in corporate software development projects.
You have held roles such as Functional Consultant, Functional Support Specialist, or a similar role with strong interaction with the business.
Experience in projects with Corporate Applications, Integrations between systems and functional Support to users or internal IT teams.
Solid experience in requirement gathering directly with business users and functional areas.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured, and verifiable requirements.
Experience in functional documentation in complex corporate projects.
Participation in functional validation, acceptance testing (UAT), and deployments processes.
Experience in environments with multiple interconnected systems (SAP ERP, TeamCenter, MES, corporate portals, internal systems).
Ability to prioritize demands, manage the functional backlog, and coordinate with different teams.
You have a global view of business processes, understanding impacts and dependencies between systems.

💻 TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

We are not looking for a programmer, but you do need a solid technical foundation to communicate fluently with development teams:

Functional level Microsoft (.NET Core) environments.
Web applications and architectures based on REST APIs.
General concepts of system integration.
Front-end applications based on Angular (functional understanding).
Use of management and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
Relational databases at a conceptual level.

We are looking for an expert Functional Analyst in .NET Core with a global vision, analytical capacity, and a passion for generating impact in corporate environments, acting as a bridge between business and technology, transforming real needs into clear and well-defined solutions.

You will be the person responsible for gathering, structuring, and prioritizing requirements, ensuring their correct documentation and accompanying the team during testing, support, and production deployment.

What you'll do

🎯 YOUR MISSION

You will be the key figure in defining, structuring, and tracking functional requirements, ensuring their correct interpretation and traceability throughout the entire project lifecycle.

🔧 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

Act as the primary functional interlocutor between business areas, key users, and technical teams, to provide solutions to Support issues.
Gather, analyze, and structure functional requirements, ensuring they are properly understood by all parties involved, in order to resolve any issues.
Prepare and maintain functional and support documentation:

1. Support

2. Functional specifications.

3. Use cases and process flows.

4. User stories and acceptance criteria.

Guarantee complete traceability between business needs and functional requirements to intervene in the event of any problem.
Collaborate with technical teams during operations and also during development to: Clarify requirements, Resolve functional questions, and Ensure proper deployment and ongoing functional support.
Provide functional support during the testing, UAT, and production deployment phases.
Analyze incidents and enhancement requests from a functional perspective, helping to prioritize them.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, standardization of documentation, and functional best practices.
Work under agile or hybrid methodologies, participating in follow-up ceremonies and retrospectives.
