The role
At Capitole Consulting we are looking for an IT support technician with 2-3 years of experience, to join our team and provide support to users and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of people and systems.
What you'll do
Resolution of requests, mainly through a ticketing tool.
Support for users and clients, on-site and remote assistance for hardware and/or software issues.
Administration and configuration tasks for equipment, accounts, permissions, systems, applications, etc.
Preventive maintenance, through periodic reviews of equipment and systems.
Documentation, recording of procedures, solutions, manuals, inventory...
Requirements
Advanced vocational training (FPGS) with 2-3 years of experience in technical support positions.
Knowledge of Operating Systems, Windows 10/11, Apple, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure...
Knowledge of networks and virtualization.
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
Communication skills and customer orientation.
Teamwork, but autonomous.
Intermediate English.
