The candidate's professional experience must be related to investment projects, preferably in renewable energies, with value placed on experience in any of the following areas:
Experience in the execution of EPC or BOS contracts for renewable energy projects.
Experience in the supervision, technical direction, or site management of EPC or BOS contracts for renewable energy projects.
Carrying out technical Due Diligences for financial entities and investment funds, both for financing and for project monitoring.
Provision of technical Asset Management services, especially with involvement during the investment stage.
Drafting technical-economic feasibility studies for renewable energy or transmission/transformation projects.
Experience in industrial project concession departments, such as electrical lines. Both in business development and tender preparation departments as well as in project management.
English level C1.
Technical knowledge of renewable energy plants and the main parameters and drivers of their performance. Knowledge of storage systems is desirable.
General knowledge of structured finance/project finance (advanced modeling knowledge is not required).
With potential for team management and internal relations, due to the cross-functional nature of the department and coordination with the finance, accounting, treasury, etc. departments.
MBA or other complementary qualifications related to structured project finance are valued

The ideal person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the business plan, from planning to financial close, in a highly collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Leading, reporting to the area manager, the coordination and supervision of the investment and operation phases of large photovoltaic and storage projects.
Strategic management of projects to ensure the business plan and project planning.
Assisting in the backlog phase with the preparation of the investment and operation budget for projects, as well as revenue estimation.
Collaborating in the review and closing of Project Documents (DEVA, EPC, AM, O&M), as well as their management.
Reviewing construction progress, as well as construction reports, for submission and discussion with technical advisors.
Interfacing with the operational actors of the different stakeholders (banking advisors, financial entities, off-takers) during the investment and operation phases.
Providing support in the financial close processes and M&A operations linked to the managed projects.
