RF Design Engineer for Space Systems

? This role is for you if you have:

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent training.

• At least 5 years of experience in the design of RF transmission and reception architectures across different frequency bands.

• Experience in mixed analog/digital design.

• Knowledge of RF power amplifier design.

• Experience working with GaN, GaAs, LDMOS technologies, and high-efficiency architectures.

• Knowledge of compact RF circuit design and System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions.

• Experience in linear and non-linear simulation of RF components using ADS or equivalent tools.

• Experience in analog simulation using LTspice or similar tools.

• Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and scalar and vector signal generators.

• High level of English.

? It will be especially valued:

• Experience in signal processing and architectures for satellite communications.

• Design oriented towards space embedded systems.

• Knowledge of ECSS space regulations or equivalent standards.

• Experience with components for space applications: VCOs, PLLs, and antennas.

• Knowledge of electromagnetic simulation using CST Studio Suite or Ansys HFSS.

We are looking for an RF Design Engineer with experience in designing radio frequency architectures for space and satellite applications, to join our team in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid) in a hybrid modality.

Participate in the design and development of RF transmission and reception architectures for highly complex space systems, contributing to strategic projects in the aerospace and defense sector.

You will join high technological value space programs, participating in the design of advanced RF systems for satellite and space communications applications, within one of the most innovative environments in the European aerospace sector.
