We are looking for a Satellite Systems Engineer to join our Programs Department, with a profile oriented towards RF communications. Integrated into a multidisciplinary team, you will participate in the development of international projects for organizations such as the European Space Agency (ESA), the Spanish Space Agency (AEE), the European Union (EU), and the company's own programs for the Ministry of Defense.
The role covers cross-functional responsibilities, in coordination with different departments of the company (technical and commercial) including:
- Design and analysis of telecommunication systems: analysis of radio frequency (RF) systems and preparation of link budgets.
- Market studies, design, analysis, and development of both new satellite missions (RF signal, SIGINT) as well as equipment and terminals.
- Operational Concepts: You will collaborate in the definition and development of Operational Concepts (ConOps) for new systems and services.
- Project management: You will participate in the integral management of projects, ranging from the satellite ground segment and payloads to the implementation of services for users. This includes the review and generation of technical documentation.

Requirements
Minimum education
- Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Mathematics
- Advanced English level (C1)
Minimum experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience with space technology, project management related to satellite systems and/or control centers.
- Experience with European public funding programs will be valued. Regular use of IT tools and skill in document management is required.
