The role
At onhunters, we are looking for a Telecommunications Engineer – RF to join a technology sector company specializing in the development of solutions for the Broadcast market. You will have a key role in the design and development of electronic and radio frequency systems, participating in R&D projects from the initial design phases through to the product's market launch.
What you'll do
You will participate in the electrical design of electronic and RF systems, both low-signal and power, working alongside the R&D design team. You will be responsible for defining schematics, component selection, hardware verification and validation, analysis of results, and troubleshooting during product development.
📋 Your main responsibilities will be
- Design electronic and RF systems, both low-signal and power.
- Work in coordination with the R&D design team.
- Define electrical schematics and perform component selection.
- Perform verification and validation testing of hardware.
- Analyze results and participate in the resolution of technical issues.
- Participate in technical design reviews during the different phases of the project.
- Support development until the product's market launch.
Requirements
📌 Minimum requirements
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Telecommunications or similar.
- Experience in electronic systems design.
- Specific experience in RF design is valued.
🔎 Desirable requirements
- Experience with simulation tools, especially ADS.
- Experience in hardware testing and validation.
- Experience in systems development for the Broadcast market: TV, DAB, 5G Broadcast.
- Proficiency with measurement instrumentation: oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer, etc.
