Job Mission
Exlabesa is selecting a Prescriber for its Barcelona headquarters, who will contribute directly to the achievement of annual sales objectives in the Catalonia area, ensure customer loyalty towards our brand, and guarantee their maximum satisfaction.

What you'll do

Ensure that Exlabesa systems are prescribed in building projects in the Catalonia area under your responsibility, by organizing and coordinating meetings with architectural firms, real estate developers, and construction companies.
Provide consultancy and technical assistance to clients (metal window and facade manufacturers) and specifiers (architects, engineers, developers) during the different phases of projects.
Study projects and prepare budgets, optimizing materials to ensure competitive bids.
Preparation of technical reports for projects.
Preparation of construction details and on-site meetings.
Perform calculations for thermal transmittance and acoustic attenuation.
Structural calculation and design.
