At Exlabesa, we are looking to hire a versatile IT professional to join the Software department, participating in technical support for clients and sales teams, data management and exploitation, application development, and the continuous improvement of the company's digital tools.

The selected person will collaborate in the evolution of the Exlabesa 360 digital environment, as well as in the identification and implementation of automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions aimed at optimizing current processes, improving operational efficiency, and facilitating decision-making.

We are looking for a profile with problem-solving skills, user orientation, initiative, and technological curiosity, interested in applying their IT knowledge to real business needs.

Technical support and training

• Provide technical support to clients and sales teams in the use of the company's IT applications and tools.
• Conduct remote training sessions for clients and sales staff, facilitating knowledge and the proper use of applications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, as well as document solutions and prepare help materials when necessary.
• Identify recurring user needs and propose improvements in applications and support procedures.

Database and application management

• Maintain, update, and guarantee the quality of product and price databases.
• Manage and validate information coming from different applications and corporate systems, ensuring its consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate in the improvement, maintenance, and integration of business management tools, such as ERP and CRM.
• Develop small applications, scripts, and utilities to resolve specific user needs and automate tasks.

Development and evolution of Exlabesa 360

• Collaborate in the design, development, maintenance, and improvement of web applications within the Exlabesa 360 environment.
• Participate in the definition of functional and technical requirements together with the department manager and business users.
• Perform testing, detect errors, and contribute to the improvement of the functionality, usability, and performance of applications.

Reporting, data analysis, and Business Intelligence

• Exploit CRM information to generate reports that facilitate the monitoring of commercial activity and business results.
• Design, maintain, and improve dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare, clean, and analyze data using Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Collaborate in the automation of periodic reports and in the integration of data sources.

AI and process automation

• Identify processes and tasks susceptible to improvement through the application of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement AI solutions that allow for the reduction of manual tasks, improved productivity, and minimized errors.
• Collaborate in the integration of AI tools with corporate applications, databases, and existing workflows.
• Develop automations and small digital assistants to facilitate information analysis tasks, report generation, document management, and user support.
