Requirements

What we're looking for

Solid experience in Python, backend development, and generative AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph: agents, tools, workflows, and state management.
Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and software design principles.
Experience integrating LLMs, REST APIs, microservices, and databases.
Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), event-driven architectures, and interoperability protocols between agents.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and maintainable, reusable code.
Analytical thinking, autonomy, proactivity, and capacity for learning.
Effective communication, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adaptation to evolving technological environments.

The role

At Experis, we are looking for an AI Developer / Agentic AI Engineer to join an Innovation team and develop generative AI solutions. You will design and evolve agents and multi-agent systems connected with APIs, services, and corporate platforms.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and evolve agents, orchestrators, and multi-agent systems with Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
Integrate LLMs and define instructions, tools, workflows, and state management.
Connect agents with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and corporate services.
Combine generative AI with deterministic logic, rules, and workflows.
Apply best practices in architecture, testing, and deployment.
Analyze logs, traces, and metrics to improve performance, reliability, and observability.
