The role

🚀 Do you want to develop your career in Compliance, Risk, and ESG within a consolidated company?

We are looking for a Compliance Technician to join a dynamic team and actively participate in the management of compliance risks, crime prevention, regulatory monitoring, and ESG projects.

You will be part of the Compliance Area, collaborating in the identification, analysis, and monitoring of risks, especially criminal risks, participating in the evolution of the Crime Prevention Model, and supporting initiatives related to ESG and Non-Financial Information Statements (NFS).

What you'll do

Responsibilities

✅ Identification, assessment, and monitoring of compliance risks and criminal risks.

✅ Maintenance and evolution of the Crime Prevention Model.

✅ Analysis of regulations and regulatory requirements with impact on the organization.

✅ Preparation and updating of policies, procedures, and internal controls.

✅ Monitoring of action plans and corrective measures.

✅ Participation in ESG projects and management of NFS information.

✅ Development and maintenance of management systems associated with:

UNE 19601
ISO 37001
ISO 14001

✅ Carrying out GAP analyses and improvement proposals.

✅ Support in internal and external audits and certification processes.

✅ Design and delivery of training and awareness actions in Compliance.
