Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience as a Functional Analyst or Technical Functional Analyst.
Previous background as a Java developer.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Experience in Agile environments.
Communication and coordination skills with business and technical teams.

Nice to have

🚀 Senior Functional Analyst / Java Architect (Hybrid Madrid)

Would you like to participate in high-impact technological projects where you can combine your functional vision with a solid technical foundation?

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with experience in Java environments and application architecture to join a stable project, working on the definition of solutions, functional analysis, and technical support for development teams.

What you'll do

Analyze and transform business needs into technological solutions.
Define user stories, functional requirements, and project documentation.
Design functional flows, process diagrams, and traceability matrices.
Collaborate with development teams in the definition of architectures and technical solutions.
Participate in the planning, estimation, and prioritization of initiatives.
Design test cases and validate functional deliverables.
Ensure the quality and correct evolution of critical applications.
