We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager (M/F/X) to lead the comprehensive management of ICT services, coordinating technical teams, providers, and the client relationship in a high-demand business environment.

• Manage IT infrastructure services ensuring compliance with established service levels.
• Coordinate technical teams and ensure a correct distribution of tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage and supervise technological providers.
• Maintain a close and strategic relationship with the client.
• Analyze operational risks and define mitigation plans.
• Manage changes, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Organize and lead follow-up meetings and service committees.
• Manage escalations and critical incidents, ensuring their resolution in a timely and proper manner.
• Coordinate activities related to infrastructure, systems, and communications.
• Drive service quality and customer satisfaction.
