What you'll do

  • Registration and categorization of user requests
  • Preliminary diagnosis and resolution of basic/medium level requests through established procedures
  • Escalation of requests, inquiries, and incidents to the necessary support level or to other providers involved in the service when resolution is not possible due to a lack of procedures or because the applied solution does not work

  • Experience in Help Desk or as a teleoperator in the IT or technical IT field
  • Experience in the use of ticketing applications: BMC Remedy
  • Experience in the use of applications for the control and resolution of incidents on user equipment remotely
  • High communication skills and good interpersonal skills
