Senior Cisco Telephony and Videoconferencing Engineer

• More than 7 years of experience, at least 5 of them in Cisco environments
• Good knowledge of the Cisco telephony environment v12.5 (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IP phones)
• Knowledge of Cisco videoconferencing: CMS, endpoints, and TMS
• Knowledge of the VMware v7/v8 suite
• Proficiency in SIP and H.323 protocols
• B2 English level (international environment; interview and CV in English)
• Spanish, French, German, or British nationality (mandatory; dual nationality is accepted)
• NATO security clearance (HPS) mandatory
• Teamwork, adaptability to change, service vocation, rigor, and curiosity

What are we looking for?
At Experis, we are looking for a Senior Cisco Telephony and Videoconferencing Engineer (m/f/x) for an international unified communications project in the aerospace sector, in an on-site modality in Getafe.
Profile we need

• Participate in Cisco telephony and videoconferencing projects, leading and implementing them
• Provide occasional support to N1 and N2 operations teams in resolving complex incidents
• Manage major incidents: qualification, action plan, resolution, root cause analysis, and knowledge documentation
• Perform problem management
• Transfer knowledge to technicians and engineers
• Attend to specific client requests in coordination with the Team Leader or the SDM
• Update technical documentation (HLD and LLD) and procedures
• Perform hardware and configuration testing

• On-site from Monday to Friday in Getafe, from 9:00 to 18:00
• No travel required
