Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience: More than 8 years leading IT and Digital Transformation projects in multinational environments.

English: C1 level is essential.

Extensive experience managing highly complex digital projects (Digital Transformation, Cloud, ERP, Migrations, Software Development, etc.).
Demonstrable experience in international projects with geographically distributed teams.
Comprehensive management of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Solid ability to manage senior stakeholders and C-Level profiles.
Experience in risk management, budgeting, and financial control of projects.
Ability to coordinate vendors, technology partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile methodologies, or hybrid models.
English C1 or higher.

Nice to have

PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
Previous experience in companies within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
Experience in multi-country global deployments.

The role

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (H/M/X) to join a strategic international project for one of the main global leaders in the FMCG sector.

This is a high-visibility position in which you will lead global digital transformation projects, interacting with high-level stakeholders and coordinating teams distributed across different countries.

Work model: 100% Remote

What you'll do

Lead strategic IT and Digital Transformation projects of international scope.
Define the roadmap, scope, planning, milestones, and deliverables for each initiative.
Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams distributed across different countries.
Act as the main point of contact between business, technology, the end client, and external partners.
Lead monitoring committees and executive presentations for high-level stakeholders.
Manage budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies, ensuring the fulfillment of established objectives.
Supervise the performance of external vendors, integrators, and development teams.
Guarantee the correct application of project management methodologies adapted to each environment.
Drive alignment between strategic business objectives and operational execution.
Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and deviations proactively.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and the success of global implementations.
