What we're looking for

Experience of 2 to 3 years in onsite technical support and Workplace environments.
Experience in direct user support in an office environment.
Experience coordinating support activities or actions.
Knowledge of workstation hardware, peripherals, and local networks.
Experience with deployment and management tools such as:
- SCCM
- Intune
- ManageEngine
- Software Center
Knowledge of preventive maintenance of workstations.
Knowledge of IT asset management and security procedures.
Level of Spanish and English B1.

Nice to have

Experience in support for videoconferencing rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Experience in corporate environments with a high volume of users.

The role

Are you passionate about IT support and direct user interaction?

We are looking for a Workplace Onsite Support Technician to join a stable project in Barcelona, where you will play a key role in guaranteeing user operational continuity, offering onsite technical support and managing the corporate workstation.

You will work in a dynamic environment, with direct contact with end users, participating both in incident resolution and in maintenance, deployment, and IT asset management tasks.

What you'll do

Attention and resolution of hardware, software, and workstation incidents.
Onsite technical support to users.
Installation, configuration, and replacement of equipment and devices.
Management and tracking of tickets and interventions.
Execution of preventive maintenance, patching, and deployment tasks.
Management of inventory, stock, and logistics of IT equipment.
Use of support and management tools such as ManageEngine, SCCM, and Intune.
Support and maintenance of videoconferencing rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Coordination of activities, visits, and scheduled interventions.
Compliance with operating procedures, security, and technical documentation.
