Profile requirements: University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. Experience in customer quality within the automotive sector and in plastic parts .High level of English and Catalan (oral and written). An advanced level of German is essential. What you'll get

We want to expand our engineering team with a Quality Engineer to collaborate on high-impact projects, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and international regulations.

Job Mission: Your objective will be to lead quality activities during product development, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and international directives. You will be the point of reference for homologation, traceability, and validation, working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Main responsibilities:

What you'll do

Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and international regulations.
Coordinate homologation activities with official entities.
Lead product PFMEAs and the implementation of quality tools during the development phases.
Manage product modifications and ensure the traceability of special characteristics.
Participate in design reviews and define control plans, gauges, and validation systems.
Support in defining functional test benches and coordinating environmental and EE/EMC testing.
Analyze validation results and propose technical solutions.
Collaborate in product industrialization and in the improvement of costs, quality, and performance.
