What you'll do

As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for guaranteeing customer satisfaction through the management and resolution of quality problems, ensuring that production processes comply with established requirements and standards.

QUALITY ENGINEER - AUTOMOTIVE

High-impact project in the automotive sector
On-site modality in Zaragoza
Full-time: Central Shift (8-17h)

The challenges you will face

Record production results, reworks, and read reports based on the manufacturing process flow.
Review of the manufacturing process and adaptation to the standards required by the customer.
Layered Process Audits (LPA).
Reporting of results / evidence found.
Performing Diagnosis / GAP Analysis.
Analysis of deficiencies with respect to the established criteria/requirements.
Daily meetings and adaptation to the required standards.
Establish process escape points and risks for the customer, and guarantee the immediate containment of any risk.
Root cause analysis: capacity and application of the resolution of current customer problems and rapid response.
Implement necessary verification stations, containment, and permanent corrective measures.

Hiring process

2. Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min).

3. In-person technical validation with the operations team/department managers to learn what the day-to-day is like (45 min).
